Chuhai (“chew-high”; a shochu-highball) is
the most common way shochu is served in Japan.
In a highball glass full of ice
add 2 fl. oz. of Umai! Shochu
and 6 fl oz. plain or club soda.
Squeeze two or three lemon wedges on top.
Lemon-lime soda also works as an alternative,
as do other flavors like grapefruit, peach, pomegranate…
